1 Definitions and Explanations

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings. You are requested to read and understand this document in full.

• "bduuu" or "Platform" — The bduuu.cam website and all services and features provided under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on the bduuu platform or is using the service.
• "Account" — The record containing a user's personal profile, balance, and transaction information.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The act of placing money on any game or sports event for the purpose of participating.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional amount or benefit provided by bduuu.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Participation on the bduuu platform is permitted only for individuals who meet the following criteria. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you satisfy all of these conditions.

• Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age — for ages 21+ only.
• Must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• Must have a valid mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• Individuals who have voluntarily requested to be excluded from gaming are not eligible to register.
• Platform officers, employees, and their close family members may not use this service.

Where necessary, bduuu may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify age and confirm identity. If such documents are not submitted, the account will be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration

By registering on bduuu, users are considered to have agreed to the following terms.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If any information needs to be updated, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support immediately. Use a strong password combination that cannot be easily guessed.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — for each method.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bduuu offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the terms below carefully before using these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bduuu offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

• The time limit to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is issued.
• If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Every bet placed using the bonus will count toward the wagering requirement.
• The real money balance can be used separately while wagering is in progress.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Specific terms apply to each promotional offer — the terms stated alongside the offer will take precedence.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be closed.
• bduuu reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities conducted on the bduuu platform.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.
• Each game has its own applicable rules — it is recommended to read the rules before starting a game.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set separately for each game.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption may be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets must be placed before the match starts — specific rules apply for in-play betting.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement will follow bduuu's policy.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will remain in effect.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bduuu reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violating any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Failing to submit documents requested for identity verification.
• Conducting fraudulent or suspicious activities.
• Violating applicable laws or regulations.
• Displaying abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however the bonus balance will be cancelled.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
